Well situated, well equipped. Owner helpful and apologetic when we arrived. Only then we were told of the building work.
The property was marketed as detached and wasn't, with noisy overhead neighbours. The owner was having significant building work on his own property next door, which was very noisy during the day (and could be heard from inside and outside the property). The agent managing property was uncontactable, making check in difficult, waiting outside a gate for 30 mins. In summary a disappointing stay.
