L'emplacement, le calme du logement la nuit, situé côté cours. La taille du studio.

Les photos envoyé par le propriétaire pour retrouver les clés la porte de l'immeuble. Appartement très bien, propre. Pas très grand mais parfait pour ce qu'on avait à y faire

Accès 24/24 et parking gratuit tout autour : super pratique! A 5min à pied de boulangerie, carrefour city et marché : au top. Très bien agencé et très bien équipé (micro onde, four traditionnel, machine à laver, nespresso, sèche cheveux, box wifi, tv, Clim etc etc!!). Douche et WC séparés. Et merci pour le « welcome pack » avec friandise, bouteille d’eau au frais, qq thé et café d’avance. A noter, bar et terrain de petanque à 50m (de l’autre côté : aucune nuisance sonore). PARFAIT
Rien… (petite odeur d’humidité dans la douche…il doit y avoir une fuite de joint et un peu d’eau stagnante dessous!) pas bien grave…
