Cocoonr offers this 37 m², south-facing, air-conditioned flat in La Ciotat to rent for up to 3 people.
Located on the 2nd and top floor (with lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room.
The flat is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV and sofa bed (for one person) and a dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Outside area :
- A 60 m² balcony with panoramic views, south-facing and sheltered from the Mistral, with its dining area and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather!
The flat is ideally located in La Ciotat, in very pleasant surroundings. The town is also famous for its cinema, pétanque and shipyards. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
The beach is 2.5 km away, accessible on foot via a quiet lane or by car in 5 minutes.
Activities :
- Water sports (surfing, kayaking, etc.)
- Visit the Calanques of La Ciotat
- Visit Cassis on foot or by boat
- Medieval village
- Castellet motor racing circuit
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private garage. Vehicle capacity (4x4, bicycles, scooters, etc.)
There are also a number of paid public parking spaces in the street outside the residence or in town and by the sea.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- A bus line 200 metres away serves the town centre, the port, the beaches, etc.
- La Ciotat train station is 3 km away.
- Marseille-Provence airport is 45 km away
