The apartment was very comfy and extremely clean. Ken, our host, was very helpful with places to eat and things to do.

Complete ground level 1 bedroom suite, which was well appointed and equipped with its own private outside patio overlooking an ocean bay and the downtown of Christchurch. Fantastic hosts.

Hosts Ken and Lynette were friendly and helpful. They offered suggestions for activities and shopping and helped us get oriented to the city. The apartment was spacious and well furnished with a comfortable, king-sized bed. We took advantage of the outside seating area for afternoon refreshments. The washing machine was convenient and easy to use.
We anticipated a cooktop but the cooking facilities were a large electric frying pan and a rice cooker. Not a significant omission, but a slight disappointment.
