It was neat with a good location.
That all requests were denied. Asked for early check in and late check out at the time of booking then did the 24-48 hour request and was denied stating that cleaning people would be there right at check out. Over slept and they didn’t show up till and hour late then said they would do another unit even thought we were just taking luggage down

Location and size of the unit
We were in a 2nd floor unit which was okay … due to health issues the stair access was challenging with luggage but it was manageable…I felt bad for the older couple located on the 3rd floor.

Accessing through a code is great! No need to gather, keep track of or return keys is such a perk when on a trip. The location of this property is unbeatable! Some reviews mention the noise from all of the bars and honky tonks, but honestly, that wasn't a problem at all for us.
The code we were given to access the apartment, which was perfectly considered for ease of remembering, didn't work. So we were left in limbo in the hall contacting service. The bed had broken mattress springs on one side which left for an uncomfortable rest for one of us.

Everything was wonderful! The location was perfect, it wasn't too noisy, the loft was spacious and cozy. I will definitely make this my go-to spot for Nashville trips.
