Comfortable stay

A comfortable place to stay but there are better options nearer to the airport.

Breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and the towels were big and good quality. Staff was friendly.

I had thought (from something I read and must have misunderstood) that there was a shuttle to the airport but there was not. It is only about 5 miles away but the Uber ride took almost 30 minutes and cost close to 40 dollars. Also there were not restaurants nearby (the trip to the center of Brussels was very long and would have been a very expensive taxi/uber). The hotel restaurant was advertised online and in the description of the front desk clerk as having many. more options than the few it actually had. Also the hotel is strangely focused on the owner's other interests (the TV in the room has a channel for ads for his Mercedes dealership, and there are multiple rooms on the ground floor given to exhibits for a tech venture).

Great value for money and friendly staff.

Room was very nice and also very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly, No noise even though close to the Brussels Ring. Diner menu was ok, atmosphere in the bar/restaurant was very good.

Super hotel

The staff were super helpful and friendly from Reception to bar and restaurant. We were just passing through to get to Calais so it was just a quick overnight stop but impressed having just come from a 5* hotel. The staff at Voco were more friendly, the hotel was really clean and the food was great. We had an evening meal and it was really good value and excellent quality. The drinks menu was extensive and included cocktails and the staff in the restaurant were great. Really helpful, courteous and friendly. The room had everything you needed and there was a sign in the bathroom advising guests to contact reception if you'd forgotten anything like a toothbrush, toothpaste, etc., and they would be happy to provide. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent with lots of choices and a great coffee machine. Thoroughly recommend.

Clean and modern hotel with excellent rooms

Clean and modern hotel . Stayed during heat wave so air conditioning was amazing . I had a room on the 11th floor which was very quiet and extremely comfortable . Breakfast was plentiful . Ate in the bar for two nights and the meals were of good quality . Staff very attentive and helpful , a big thank you to Pedro was genuinely pleased to see you !!

Cleanliness, great breakfast, attention to detail in the room, everything you need. Everything is well thought out and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable with a heavy blanket

Spacious room, great shower, very complete breakfast buffet, quick and correct handling of small problems

Price for parking is high (19€ per day) but you can actually also just park on the street in front of the hotel if there is space

very new smart hotel. modern rooms with plenty of space and very comfortable bed.

could not open the window for fresh air. carpark to hotel you have to walk right around the building. staff were helpful but young and possibly inexperinced. no restaurant in walking distance.

A really great team which does everything it can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! Prices aren't too high, the location is great and public transports are easily available from the hotel. 10/10 would recommend and come back! :)

There was some miscommunication. We got told breakfast was untill 11:00. But on arrival in the restaurant at 9:45 we were told we had 5 minutes left. Shame we had to rush breakfast

Comfortable Hotel

The rooms were well equipped and the beds were very comfortable It was good that there were a few channels on the TV in English, something often overlooked

Whilst the receptionist was VERY Friendly and professional, he did not appreciate the fact that I had driven for over 7 hours to get there, arriving at 1am. With this in mind, I would of rather not have got into a discussion on the rewards card and just been given my room key

Very quiet and decent place. New is always great! New furnishings and equipment, very welcoming staff, free parking. Very, very comfortable bed! I haven't slept so sweet and comfortable in a long time! Really, it is worth it! I recommend and only the highest score! We hope that the atmosphere of warmth and care for each of the visitors will not disappear with time))))a lot of nice little things in the room, a refrigerator and tasty surprises))8

State of the art hotel based in northern Brussels, just off motorway. Michelin star restaurant on roof! Views of city are amazing.

Preisleistung Top.

Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Perfekt für Elektrofahrzeuge. Schnelllader vor dem Hotel und Normale ladestation auf dem Parkplatz vorhanden. Allerding kostet der Parkplatz für ein Tag 19€.

Das Zimmer war kalt und hat ziemlich lange gedauert bis es etwas wärmer wurde.

Modernes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal

Das Frühstücksbüfet war reichhaltig und hatte warme Speisen wie Baked Beans, Omelett, Rührei, Spiegelei etc zu bieten.

Leider war die Dusche in meinem Queensize Zimmer verbaut, bzw die Duschtür ging in die Dusche auf, so dass man sich in die Ecke zwängen musste, um überhaupt hinein zu kommen. Selbst für normal gebaute Menschen eine sehr enge Angelegenheit.

Bon séjour

Le personnel est accueillant, le confort est très bon, la tranquillité des chambres.

Juste une fois il manquait le réassort de café dans la chambre quand nous étions de retour et nous n'avons pas oser embêter l'accueil pour le demandé car il était tard ! Aussi l'année dernière le parking était gratuit pour les résident, et c'était payant cette année ce qui rajoute au prix journalier de la chambre et rends la prestation moins intéressante.

Struttura nuova, molto confortevole e ben attrezzata. Personale molto efficiente e cordiale. Colazione ottima. Ristorante interno molto buono (anche se caro).

Il posteggio è a pagamento (15€ a notte), prezzo decisamente alto per il tipo di struttura.
