We stayed here for two nights and found everything we needed. The house was well equipped, especially the washing machine, which was very useful for us since we were traveling with a child and I was able to do a load of laundry. I was aware of the additional charge for towels beforehand, so we brought our own. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. To be honest, at this price, I don't think I could have found another place in Paris with such complete amenities. The neighborhood was also excellent in terms of transportation, with convenient train connections to the city center. Even when we returned late at night, restaurants were still open, and the area felt safe to walk around. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other travelers.

The cleanliness was generally acceptable and did not cause any inconvenience. However, the stay could have been even better if the floors had been cleaned more thoroughly with cleaning products.

The location is convenient, and it is close to the metro and RER station and has grocery stores nearby. (If you are taking Line 7, I would recommend getting on and off at Mairie d’Ivry instead of Pierre et Marie Curie, since the walk to Pierre et Marie Curie involves a noticeable slope.) The owner is very responsive and helpful. The place was well equipped with many convenient amenities, such as a fridge and a toaster. I also appreciate that the apartment has a washing machine, even though I didn’t need to use it during my stay.

The place was fine for me as a solo traveler, but it might be a little too small for two people.

La proprietaria veramente gentilissima e a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. La posizione dell'appartamento abbastanza buona vicino 2 fermate della metro e che ti permette di raggiungere il centro di Parigi in 20/30 minuti.

La struttura è molto vecchia e datata. L'appartamento più piccolo di quello che sembra in foto, va bene solo per poche notti, già in 2 si sta stretti. Anche il bagno piccolissimo, non c'è lo spazio per muoversi. Purtroppo la pulizia non è il massimo, abbiamo trovato i capelli nel letto e le lenzuola vecchie e macchiate, macchinetta del caffè e altri utensili sporchi. La pulizia della stanza, l'abbiamo dovuta fare noi. Inoltre, i cuscini del divano letto erano scomodi e non ci hanno fatto dormire bene.
