About this villa rental
Close to the charming village of Théoule-sur-Mer, this luxury villa boasts a large private pool and Jacuzzi with panoramic sea views. The pool can be heated for an additional fee in the summer months, and there's plenty of space both inside and out for alfresco dining and relaxing. The original elegance of the home has been preserved over the last century, but the furnishings are quite dated and won't be to everyone's taste. The basement houses twin beds on a mezzanine level, ideal for older children and teenagers, with the upstairs bedrooms enjoying some beautiful views. For trips to Cannes and nearby beaches, we recommend hiring a car.

*There is space to park for free outside this home. Due to its location, we recommend hiring a car here to get the most out of your stay.
*Four of the bedrooms and all bathrooms are on the first floor, so climbing stairs will be required during your stay.
*In the basement studio there are two single beds up on a mezzanine level – we think these are best suited to younger guests.
*One change of bed sheets and towels is provided for free during your stay.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
