Please try to avoid staying here, you will save yourself from stress and ruined holiday

Apartment was booked in 02/2025 and confirmed. Apartment owner has cancelled our booking just 3 hours before check-in. Prior to cancellation, After many attempts to contact him, he finally responded 5 hours before check in and shared me details how to find apartment. He even asked for Id's which I also provided. But then, most likely because of overbooking or trying to get higher price for his rental, owner cancelled booking suddenly leaving me and my family "on the street".

A clean apartment with easy metro access.

The apartment was very clean and located in a quiet residential building. It’s very close to the metro, which made it easy to get around the city. Everything matched the photos and description, and the large TV was a nice bonus.

The only downside is the distance from the center, but it wasn’t a surprise.

Best value for money in Milan

Visited Milan with 2 kids and stayed here for 2 nights. What I liked about this property: - very nice host (we never met, but received all needed info by messages, even video on where to park and how to get the key of the apartment) - free parking (we did not move the car while staying there) - elevator (super useful due to the luggage and baby stroller) - walking distance to the metro (direct line to Duomo) - clean apartment, that had everything we needed (even bottled water) I would stay here again next time we visit Milan.

Small inconvenient, but nothing that cannot be changed easily: would be good to have 2 single blankets instead of 1 double blanket for the couch in the living room.

L’appartement en lui même pour 4 personnes convient parfaitement. Il est bien situé et il y a un ascenseur ce qui est agréable. Très propre et un accès wifi de qualité

Il est pas assez équipé vis à vis de la cuisine. Peu de couverts, peu d’ustensiles et un lave vaisselle qu’on a pas réussi à faire tourner. L’évier fuyait un peu et nous avons eu une mauvaise pression et chaleur à la douche mais en soit c’était agréable

Квартира с xорошим ремонтом, есть место для бесплатной парковки (правда не частное, а на основе свободного места, которого к ночи может не оказаться), станция метро на расстояниии 5-7 минут xодьбы.

Больше всего мешало что квартира вся была прокурена - с запаxом сигарет везде, включая кровать и бельё. Всё остальное по сравнению это мелочи - нет чайника, пришлось кипятить воду в огромной кастрюле, предоставленные капсулы кофе не подxодят к виду кофе-машинки, xозяин товечал на сообщения достаточно редко (например на вопрос о чайнике заданный в 18:30 ответил в 23:30 и на сообщения в букинге отвечал раз в сутки).

Appartement avec un parking gratuit. Très propre.deux séchoir ,une machine à laver. L hôte est disponible à tout moment pour répondre à nos questions et problèmes techniques. Tout est à disposition. Papier toilette ,gel douche , éponge , liquide vaisselle . Essuie de douche .on sent la vie italienne grâce aux gentilles voisines qui crient sur leur mari le soir avec portes et fenêtres ouvertes 😂😂🤪

Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas. Des tasses pour le café ça serait bien de rajouter ☺️ Revoir les chausses autour de la table qui sont un peu dur . Les voisins (italiens ) font du bruit le matin en partant travailler .

Prijs-kwaliteit goed

Het was een ruim appartement in een net complex met alle voorzieningen. Het lag dichtbij een metrostation en supermarkten. Zoals eerder geschreven pasten de koffiecups niet op het apparaat maar deze cups kun je evt. zelf kopen. De uitleg mbt de sleutels etc en het contact allemaal uitstekend. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen. Wij zouden weer boeken.

Beliggenhed, tæt på metro og indkøbsmuligheder, , prisen, størrelse på lejligheden. De fine videoer vi fik tilsendt inden der viste hvordan vi kommer ind i lejligheden og hvor vi kunne parkere.

Ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Mailand

Schlüsselübergabe ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Anbieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nicht weit von der Unterkunft war die Metro-Haltestelle die direkt zum Domplatz führt. Parkplätze waren öffentlich und kostenlos. Konnten das Auto während wir mit der Metro in die Stadt fuhren einfach stehen lassen.

Elfogatható volt összeségében a szállás, 1éjszakára megérte !

A lakásba volt kapszulás kávéfőző, és volt erkélye a lakásnak. Az ánynemü huzat tiszta volt .

Nem volt megadva a pontos koordináta a lakásba való bejutáshoz! Este értünk a lakáshoz, fáradtan ,a szállásadót telefonon mondta el a bejutás lehetőségét , nem hiányzott ez a procedúra. , a bejutás elég körűlményes volt , kb 40 perc volt mire ajtót tudtunk nyitni! bejutáskor megcsapott minket elég erős dohos cigaretta szag . Nem volt 4 főre ánynemü huzat.

Si può migliorare ma tutto sommato buono

Alloggio per qualità prezzo ottimo abbastanza pulito. Ci mancava un cuscino ma il proprietario ce l'ha portato appena richiesto.

Purtroppo non ci sono state fornite le lenzuola, o meglio quello che ci è stato fornito erano solo copri materassi e federe. Secondo noi si erano dimenticati di fare i letti e non hanno voluto ammettere il fatto.
