Location and price.

The place met my expectations. However, it could be great to put more notice on the walls, guiding people in relation to hygiene, specifically in the toilet. One example is to out one above toilet seat, asking men to put the lid up before peeing. For that, the lid needs to be fixed, by the way.

A nice budget option with a nice location

Great location. The host organises everything from afar, the room is clean and ready and the host is very responsive. When I called she answered immediately to answer my questions. At the end of the day, this is an incredible little budget option. You can travel around from here easily and use the kitchen to prepare smaller things to save money.

Precio (38€) y trato del personal por la app. En general estaba limpio.

Hay que gestionar las expectativas. Para el precio que tiene, es un buen lugar para una noche de paso. 38€, una noche. Ni un euro más, ni una noche más. Ve con la idea de despertarte de madrugada al ritmo de camiones de basura e insultos entre borrachos, un colchón inexistente para conocer bien los tablones del sommier, la luz del sol al amanecer a través de una persiana que no cierra y el olor constante a centro de estética. En la ventana de la cocina se apoyan los albañiles a las ocho de la mañana con sus cervezas de quiosco a charlar y darte los buenos dias. Lo dicho, está bien si vas con expectativas de lo que es.

Estaba sucio, la ropa de cama con manchas, la mosquitera rota y sucia. El agua del grifo de la cocina me electrocutó y lo único que dijo el anfitrión fue gracias por avisar.

Buen precio-necesidad

El sitio era muy tranquilo. La habitacion era muy espaciosa y limpia. Facil para coger cerca autobuses o el metro que no esta muy lejos. Esta en una gran avenida y se suele ir muy facil al centro de Malaga.

No habian sabanas en la cama. Y la entrada era un poco dificil de verlo a primera vista..

La habitación estaba limpia aunque no olía bien.

Dentro de la habitación: no tiene persiana, la veneciana para oscurecer esta en mal estado y se cae al suelo, el rodapié estaba suelto y detrás de la tele estaban varios cables enmarañados. Al entrar a las instalaciones huele a tubería, el baño necesita una reforma completa, sobre todo el plato de ducha.

Per un Weekend uò andare più che bene

Sicuramente comodo l'accesso alla struttura tramite codice da inserire all'ingresso. Utile anche l'uso cucina.

Migliorerei la pulizia della camera (parlo della mia esperienza, magari per altri non sarà così). Sul pavimento di fianco al letto, contro il muro, c'era molta sporcizia. Avendo fatto solamente un paio di notti non mi sono lamentato, ma non credo che ci ritornerei se devo guardare a quell'aspetto.

Schlecht - wer einfach wie ich, nur eine Nacht keine Alternative hat, kann hier zumindest ein Bett finden - von daher 2

Es gab ein Bett mit Decke, immerhin frisch bezogen glaube ich und warmes Wasser zum duschen.

Alles andere - ist eher eine privat Unterkunft, mit 3 ? Zimmern die einfach mal vermietet werden, das Gemeinschaftsbad ist dreckig, im Klo waren Überreste vom letzten Besucher, alles stinkt nach Schimmel, als ich ankam stand das Bad unter Wasser, es liegen private dusch Utensilien herum - man hört alles aus den Anderen Zimmern - Überhaupt steht draußen “Massagen” dran - wie die Zimmer sonst so genutzt werden bleibt offen.
