It is an apartment located in the center of Malaga district, 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen. It has all the amenities including microwave, washer air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room and internet-wifi. It also has a terrace where you can see the beach which is only few meters. The area has supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bars as well as train and bus station a few minutes walk. The old town is about 15 minutes walk

Schöne Wohnung nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und bietet genügend Schlafplätze für 6 bis 7 Personen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles was man zum Kochen und Essen benötigt. Das Bad ist klein aber absolut ausreichend. Fußläufig ist ein großes Einkaufzentrum mit Supermarkt erreichbar (5 Minuten), zusätzlich mehrere kleine Märkte in der direkten Umgebung. In die Innenstadt sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Nachts fährt man von der Innenstadt mit dem Taxi für 6€ zurück zur Wohnung. Der Balkon bietet morgens viel Sonne, was wir beim Frühstücken sehr genossen haben. Mietwagen konnten wir meistens direkt in der Straße parken. Wenn man durch den Park in die Parallelstraße geht findet man viele kleine einheimische Restaurants wo man sehr gut und günstig Fisch und vieles mehr essen kann. Kontakt zu Vermieter auch wunderbar und sehr nett, Antworten kamen immer prompt.

l appartement est bien situé c est pas la peine de prendre la voiture . C est propre mais il y a une mauvaise odeur ( des égouts) qui vient du côté de la machine à laver et plus précisément du point de branchement de la machine avec le réseau Et qui nécessite une réparation urgente Mais globalement c est une très belle appartement
