Muy bien distribuida la unidad, buen tamaño y un baño para cada habitación.

En una habitación no funcionaba bien la calefacción. Los colchones muy gastados, se hundía a los lados. No tuvimos suficiente agua caliente el último día.

The place was comfortable, clean, quite spacious and well outfitted in kitchen and bathrooms. The location is excellent for exploring Downtown Asheville on foot and Biltmore and other nearby sights like Mount Mitchell, by car. The management responded quickly to questions and provided door/building entrance codes ahead of our stay.

The only 2 things that weren’t great about this unit were its sole parking spot and its proximity (1 block away) to a music venue which had loud music twice during our one week stay. The music stopped by 10 so it didn’t affect our sleep. Re parking: Given the place has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8, more than one parking spot would have been helpful, especially given the daily rental rate.

The apartment was very clean and spacious.

The location is terrible. It was extremely noisy with the bus terminal directly across the street from the apartment. There was a LiveNation venue also across the street. The apartment literally shook during their sound check and the music was awful. My daughter had to leave a day ahead of what she had planned due to the concert. There was no way a toddler could have slept through the music. The noise after the concert ended at 10:45 was just as bad. This should be stated on Booking so that people with small children are aware of this.
