About this apartment rental

Two side by side, newly renovated flats in the center of downtown Asheville, walk to everything. These are the only two units on the floor, offering extra privacy. Great for groups traveling together, each flat has its own fully equipped kitchen and living space so everyone can spread out. Bright, airy spaces with skylights, high ceilings, large windows, fast Wi-Fi, and modern amenities. Two free parking spots included across the street at the AC Hotel (Unlimited In and Out Privileges). Fully legal and city inspected.

This property is right in the middle of everything. Clean, spacious, and comfortable.

We visited Asheville for a couples get away, eight of us total. The pictures of these two units do not do the place justice. The rooms were very clean and welcoming, our host thought of everything. Very nice upgraded towels , sheets, and toiletries were provided, the beds were very comfortable and we had an absolute blast hanging out in the open space. Walking distance to pretty much everything and a super cute bar/mini market near by. We will definitely be back. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Overall the place was really nice. The location was great, we could walk to everything and their was parking included in a garage. Just a few minor items needed for the kitchen.
