It was close to the Ernakulam bus stop and good to go to places inland, away from the main Kochi island. Once more people arrived, they organized some social events that were cool. They also have an in house kitchen so you can order food! It’s a great last resort if you don’t want to go out.
For the location, you needed to plan for your visit to the main Kochi area since it required transport and traffic happens at different times of day. It’s a bit of a walk to any food places, so you need time or a tuk tuk/motorbike.

Good hostel but individual room was a little overpriced for Ernakulam
Staff were trying a little too hard to be cool and chilled to the point of nonchalance
