Handy for Station and City Centre

For us its location was perfect, close to the station and the city centre. There are several shops by the station for food and such like. Neighbours were helpful in showing us how to use our keys. Just off the main roads so relatively quiet. Would we stay there again - yes.

There were some small points which have been communicated to the owners directly, not really that relevant here.

Great stay. No drama. Super clean.

Beds were clean and comfy. Bathrooms were clean. Absolutely no drama with management or our stay. Will 100% using these folks again when in cov next. Also location. FANTASTIC central location. Everything is less than a 10 min walk in the city centre. Or max 5 mins if driving.

Nothing. If I'm really clutching at straws I'd say the layout of the dining table and the 2 sofas in the living area could have been different. We resorted to moving it around which took less than 2 minutes. Otherwise everything was bang on.

Good but ...

The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. With its sofa beds in the sitting room, it could easily accommodate 5-6 persons. It came with full facilities such as stove, washing machine and dishwasher. TV and good WIFI connectivity. The apartment was very clean and everything looked good.

The bad part was the check-in procedure or the lack of it. In fact, we received a check-out procedure (instead of a check-in procedure) via email in the morning on the day we should check in. Because of the lack of any check-in information, we couldn't locate our apartment when we arrived at Beauchamp House. Luckily, we met Tom, the Estate Manager, who walked us to the keysafe where the keys for the apartment were kept. Tom also led us to our apartment and showed us how to use the electronic keys for access purpose. (The keysafe was installed on the external wall of Beauchamp House by the corner near the carpark exit. Without Tom, we wouldn't be able to locate this keysafe. ) Another instruction needed was the carkpark gate opening instruction. At the time of our departure, the gate, which needed to be opened remotely via remote control, was locked and we were therefore locked in. A phone number was shown on the wall near the gate and we should call this number for gate opening purpose, but there was no answer after calling. Luckily someone also left at the same time and we drove away immediately after he opened the gate using his remote control.

Heerlijk verblijf, in een zeer prettig appartement.

De locatie van het appartement is geweldig: dicht bij de stad en het station. Het appartement zelf is zeer comfortabel, schoon en vrij leuk ingericht. Het is ook ruim. De bedden zijn heerlijk. Prima om een week te verblijven. De communicatie met de beheerder verloopt vlot en adequaat.

Als je wat langer verblijft en zelf wil koken, is er onvoldoende kookgerei. Veel te weinig en te kleine pannen, geen ovenschalen. Er zijn ook te weinig glazen. Verder zijn de gordijnen doorschijnend, wat ‘s avonds ( als de lampen aan zijn), een zeer onvrij gevoel geeft. Een goede spiegel in de slaapkamers zou handig zijn.

Een zeer aan te raden appartement als de tegenvallende punten worden opgelost.

Dicht bij het centrum. Royaal appartement. Parkeerplek auto dicht bij de lift.

Garage in- en uitrijden zeer problematisch. Code sleutelkastje klopte niet. Huismeester Tom heeft ons geholpen. En plaats een foto van de plek van het kastje. Communicatie van verhuurbedrijf verliep slecht. Guidebook niet compleet (geen code). Tuindeur, als vluchtweg, kon niet open. Keukenuitrusting zeer summier.
