J’ai adoré le balcon et la vue ainsi que l’emplacement. Le lit était tellement comfortable. À seulement 30 minutes de Annecy tout en profitant de la tranquillité du lac Bourget. Merci à Eric, le proprio, pour sa gentillesse et ses réponses rapides à nos questions par message.

La vue était magnifique et le propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeant. Nous avons passé un super séjour (gros point bonus : la clim).

Superbe petit cocon pour profiter de cette jolie ville. La vue sur le lac est superbe, la terrasse parfaite! L'emplacement parfait pour les balades au bord du lac. Le parking privé est un plus !
