The location and setting (wonderful views over the lake) were perfect. Also the facilities - although it's a small studio flat with a fair sized balcony, it suited our needs perfectly and this was reflected in a very reasonable hire rate.

Bel appartement avec vue magnifique sur le lac

La vue exceptionnelle sur le lac de Bourget et les montagnes depuis la jolie terrasse. Lit confortable. Très bien situé pour se promener . Parking sécurisé.

C'est dommage que l'on ne puisse pas manger sur la terrasse,pas de table et chaises ! , peu d'ustensiles de cuisine .

EXCEPTIONNELLE !

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce logement exceptionnel. La vue était absolument magnifique et nous en avons pleinement profité. Tout était parfait, de la propreté impeccable à l'équipement complet. Le confort et le calme des lieux ont grandement contribué à la réussite de notre week-end. Nous recommandons vivement cette location à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour paisible et ressourçant. Et Eric est une personne vraiment très gentille, à l'écoute… enfin bref, tout était parfait ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir si l'occasion se présente. Merci pour tout.

L emplacement vue exceptionnelle

Le laxisme du propriétaire clim au dessus du lit (projection d eau sur la tête) Tv qui se fige régulièrement Lors de notre arrivée il y avait une forte odeur d égout. Le lendemain nous l avons contacté Il est venu avec du vinaigre d alcool précisant que ça venait de l immeuble Du coup Double odeur Le samedi nous nous sommes fait voler nos clés et porte monnaie Nous l avons contacté pour avoir un double Il a répondu Qu il n etait pas sur place avant lundi et que la personne qui avait le double etait injoignable Nous sommes restés à la rue 3 jours sans papier et avons dû payer 2 nuits d hotel

Très agréable moment dans ce joli studio très bien rénové.

Emplacement parfait, vue magnifique, appartement bien rénové et confortable, très jolie salle de bain. Terrasse très agréable. Système de clés automatique, on se sent plus libre d'arriver quand on le peut.

Un peu cher pour une nuit, vu la surface (studio). Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de dosettes de café, ou du thé à disposition des locataires, vu le prix.
