We loved that it was across the street from the beach and we also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and grill.
Patio furniture was breaking and unusable. The living room couches were uncomfortable and cheap looking.

I liked almost everything about this property. It’s away from all the chaos down by the pier but close enough to also enjoy it! The beds were comfortable, especially the bunk beds! I was really happy that the laundry room was just right downstairs which was super convenient!
There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided so we had to buy our own along with trash bags, there was only the one in the trash can. We bought paper bowls because the dishes were not clean but it was okay because we didn’t end up having to do dishes in the long run!

Location is convenient, and directly across from the beach. A full kitchen is available if you want it.
Bathroom sink does not drain well, and constantly backed up. The TV in the bedroom with 1 bed would not work. It comes on, but couldn't be tuned into any stations. There were only 4 towels, and we were a party of 5. There was only less than one roll of toilet paper provided, so we had to purchase our own. The extra $25 parking fee is unnecessary.
