Le confort de la literie et la propreté du logement.
Odeur de cigarette très forte. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons été prévenus peu de temps avant notre arrivée et aucune alternative ne nous a été proposée (glacière par exemple). Porte de la chambre déboîtée (mon mari l’a replacée). Aucune décoration, logement peu accueillant.
