The home was very clean and had more than enough room for everyone. The air conditioning worked well. There was plenty kitchen supplies to cook large meals. Maybe could use a few baking sheets and some oven mitts. The pool and hot tub was great. Had timely response to messages sent to them.
No heat to hot tub the day of arrival. I messaged property owner and was resolved by day 2 but paid for that day with no heat.

AC was out the first 2 nights. House was 78 degrees.
