Bardzo centralnie bardzo miła obsługa telefoniczna , szybka pomoc przy problemach
Jak na Olsztyn cena dość wysoka pomimo iż apartament jest czysty jest wszystko co potrzebne i w dobrym miejscu ale po wyłączeniu ogrzewania w okresie nie grzewczym było bardzo zimno w nocy na szczęście Pani doniosła dodatkowa kołdrę , duży minus dopłata 40 zł za garaż pomimo iż na booking ogłoszenie było z parkingiem trzeba czytać drobne opisy ,przy dłuższym pobycie bedzie drogo

Mieszkanie czyste, jasne, widok z okien na stare drzewa, cisza, bezprogowy prysznic; dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, samodzielne zameldowanie
Brak klimatyzacji może być problematyczne latem - mieszkanie jest jednostronne, okna wychodzą na zachód, nie ma rolet, tylko grube zasłony. Parking na poziomie -1 dodatkowo płatny gotówką 40 zł/dzień, ale można zaparkować przed wejściem albo na ulicy.
