The location was perfect. It was easy to find and the balcony overlooks the piazza which included a night life spot. The music was loud, but I really enjoyed it. Closing the balcony doors was sufficient for me to sleep if the fun hadn't stopped when I went to bed. I loved that it has a washing machine and a dishwasher--they both worked very well.

It was damp and cold, and I had to ask how to turn on the heat, and even if it was permitted, after 2 very frigid nights. Even after I got the heat working, it was very damp...and there was visible black mold in the corners...quite a bit of it around the balcony doors. There was no wifi, which I knew, but it cost me quite a bit of money to use a travel sim for data. The balcony looks much larger in the pictures. In reality, the little table is exactly the width of the balcony itself. Very inconvenient. The instructions for separating and removing trash were very confusing, with some items in the printed schedule crossed out and penned in. I asked neighbors in the end. The shower cubicle was unstable. It wasn't securely fastened into the walls, and it leaked. I had to mop up water in the corners away from the door opening after every shower.
