About this house rental

Bring the family, the dog ($40/pet fee, max 2), the boat, and all your ATVs! This home is located across the street from a large, open section of Arizona State Trust Lands with miles of desert to explore.

Every room has been updated with new floors, new paint, and new fixtures. You'll have the entire property to yourself, with plenty of room to enjoy gorgeous Arizona sunsets and twinkling night skies. From the porch you can see cactus and palm trees, plus roadrunners, hummingbirds, and wild burros. Enjoy the quiet and the peace that's unique to the desert Southwest.

Laughlin, Lake Havasu City, and the Colorado River are all a short drive away.

An added bonus: RV hookups on the property (available for an extra $75/night)!

We love to find a great pet-friendly rental! This house was perfect for our needs. Quiet neighborhood, great views. The AC was user friendly and worked well. LOTS of storage and efficiently stocked kitchen. Close enough to the river to trailer the pontoon to. Plenty of parking!
