Wonderful and cozy villa with garden and terrace in San Teodoro, in the beautiful east coast of Sardinia.The house spreads on two floors and boasts large outdoor areas such as the garden and the furnished terrace with dining area and relaxation area. The entrance opens onto the bright living area, furnished with a sofa, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, oven and dishwasher. From here guests can access a covered terrace with a large table. The sleeping area includes four bedrooms with balcony, one with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, one with a queen-size bed, one with two twin beds **** and one with a single bed. Two bathrooms with shower complete the layout. At guests' disposal comforts such as washing machine, iron, air conditioning.*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
