Un bellissimo residence con molto verde, con sdrai per rilassarsi sotto le piante e barbecue. Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro di San Teodoro, e a qualche km dalla spiaggia La Cinta. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Eccellente il servizio giornaliero di ritiro rifiuti differenziati dalle apposite cassette in prossimità di ogni appartamento, con tanto di sostituzione sacchetto.. Gli l appartamenti sono dotati di impianto di aria condizionata.
Qualche problemino di ricezione nell'impianto televisione.

Maison plutôt bien située propre et confortable.. équipement cuisine correct / bon.. jardin très agréable en journée.
Mais envahi de moustique le soir, impossible de profiter de la terrasse à la nuit tombée.. les repas le soir, se font dans la maison.

We stayed here for 3 days. The location and the surrounding area were good.
The accommodation itself is in desperate need of renovation or at least a proper deep cleaning.
The wardrobes were the worst I have ever seen. As soon as I opened one of them, the smell was so overwhelming that I almost felt faint. The bathroom also had a very unpleasant odor.
The extra charges were quite surprising: €7 per day for air conditioning and €15 for bed linen. Considering that we paid £684 for just three nights, these basic amenities should already be included in the price.
Also bed linen was cleaned very poorly. A lot of black long hair was left, when I am a blondy with a short hair .
