Welcome to the Friendly Finley Cottage! We call this home Friendly Finley because it is here to provide you with a friendly, clean home away from home. This family-friendly home is centrally located in Joplin with close access to major highways, hospitals, local universities/colleges, shopping, restaurants, and downtown.
THE SPACE
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is complete with all utilities, Wi-Fi, baby items (such as a pack n play and highchair), and more.
The bedrooms have clean linens, additional throw blankets, smart tv's, and luggage racks for your convenience. Each bathroom has fresh, white towels and toiletry items. The living room is a perfect space to watch movies, play games, and relax on the sofas. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the everyday kitchen items and utensils you would need, and you can enjoy a meal in the designated dining area! There is a laundry room that includes a washer, dryer, and iron, as well additional cleaning supplies.
There is a nice deck to enjoy in the fully-fenced backyard. Parking is available in the garage, driveway, or street.
The Friendly Finley Cottage is a great house for families, individuals, or if you're just passing through town. No pets or smoking allowed on the property.

We were in town for a wedding and this place as perfect for us. Couple minor issues but the host was so pleasant and accommodating. The lawn was mowed kinda early in the morning on our check out day (probably should wait until guests leave). I would recommend this place for your stay.
