2 Bed, 1.5 Bath Condo on Lake Michigan-Gorgeous views-The Homestead-Glen Arbor

This two bedroom condo was recently updated inside and out! We overlook Lake Michigan with a comfy, open-concept living room and bright kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with heated floors and an additional 1/2 bath for extra convenience. There is also an updated, elevated outdoor deck with cable railings on the Crystal River steps from the lake. (Sleeps 4)

The exterior of our building was just repaired and freshly painted in the Fall of 2023.

Awesome location inside the Homestead Resort on Lake Michigan's scenic Sleeping Bear Sand Dune beach and the Crystal River: Enjoy two pristine bodies of water with views of Lake Michigan, the Crystal River, the beach, sunsets, the Manitou Islands, and Sleeping Bear Point.

7 night minimum in July & August (Saturday to Saturday). Minimum 2 Night Stay any nights the rest of the year.

The condo includes heat and air conditioning, private gated parking, a nice open concept kitchen and living room area, a Smart TV with the Spectrum Cable app installed, and a strong WiFi network. The kitchen is fresh and well-equipped. There is a King bed in one bedroom and a twin bunkbed in the second bedroom. There is one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and heated floors in addition to a super cute 1/2 bath inside the bunkbed room. All linens and towels are provided.

In the winter you can enjoy the Homestead Resort ski hill for downhill excitement! Or explore the National Shoreline on cross country skis and snowshoes! There are miles of trails inside the Resort and more just a short drive away.

In the summer you can float the shallow, warm waters of the Crystal River that is directly in front of the condo all the way out to Lake Michigan! There is a footbridge just steps from the condo that leads to a beautiful beach on Lake Michigan. Walk the beach or stroll alongside the boardwalk which stretches for blocks just outside the condo building. And the new-extended paved bike path comes right up to the entrance of the Homestead Resort.

The town of Glen Arbor is only 2 miles from the Resort right down scenic M-22. The entire Leelanau Peninsula has a relaxing atmosphere for a great get-away vacation. But, if you are looking for that kind of variety, the city of Traverse City is only 20 miles away!

NOTE: this rental is privately owned and, although it is located inside The Homestead Resort property, it is not part of The Homestead. Therefore, this condo does not include access to the Homestead Resort pools or tennis courts. You WILL have access to all of the resort amenities that are open to the public, such as all of the grounds and beach area, public restaurants, golf (ski hill in the winter), spa, salon, and the shops in the Village. Public tennis courts are available in Glen Arbor.
