The two-story, 300-square-meter villa impresses with its stunning view of the countryside, spacious rooms, and consistently high-quality furnishings. From the rooms on the first floor, you can see the sea in the distance.

On the first floor, there is a spacious kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, gas stove, and oven. A toaster, juicer, kettle, blender, and all standard kitchen utensils are also provided.

The second bedroom / children’s room has two queen-size beds (140x200). The room opens onto one of the two balconies. A separate shower room is attached to this bedroom. The closets for both bedrooms are located in the hallway.

The apartment is accessible via a private entrance. The bedroom, featuring a double bed (180x200) by Ligne Roset, and a shower room with a toilet are located on the first floor. On the first floor is a small, cozy living room with access to the east-facing terrace. It’s a great spot to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, which ensures a restful sleep in midsummer. During the transitional months and in winter, underfloor heating ensures pleasant temperatures. A closed fireplace is available in the living area for cozy evenings by the fire.
