Bedroom 2---- Queen bedroom - Ensuite Living room and kitchen in an open floor plan, ideal for gatherings.
Bedroom 3---- King bed en-suite
Bedroom 4---- Queen bed en-suite
**IN CASE THIS UNIT IS NOT AVAILABLE PLEASE CHECK MY PAGE FOR MORE OPTIONS
** POOL SPA
HEATING There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We advice to inform us 48 hours prior for arrangements.
**PET POLICY- Peta are allowed and there is a fee of 150 dollars per pet, if we find unauthorized pets we will keep your deposit. All extra cleanings and damages will be charged.
**SMART TVS IN ALL BEDROOMS/ FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 3 cars and overflow parking on the road.
** BBQ GRILL/VACATION GEAR We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill upon request for $30 dollars
If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements.
