A bright contemporary home with private pool and hot tub within a unique setting, overlooking a peaceful nature pond. Renovated in January 2024 – freshly painted, new plank flooring, kitchen/bathroom updates, new bedding and décor. Two King bedrooms plus games room to ensure a memorable vacation for the whole family.
The spacious living area with vaulted ceiling has plenty of comfortable sofa seating and large 70” screen smart TV to relax. The kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your family and has been updated with stainless steel appliances plus stone countertops. There is a bright breakfast area looking out to the pool deck, or a formal dining area to share a meal together. A quiet work area is also provided with desk and chair.
The master bedroom is located downstairs boasting a king bed, his/hers closets, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, bathtub and walk-in shower. There is also access to the pool deck from the master bedroom offering convenient use of the bathroom while enjoying a day by the pool.
The other sophisticated king bedroom is located upstairs. There are a further two queen bedrooms plus a princess twin bedroom. The home has 3.5 baths overall.
The games room features a pool table and living area ensuring plenty of space to spread out and have fun.
The outdoor space benefits from the corner lot and nature pond to the rear to give a peaceful and secluded feel. There is a covered area with table and chairs to enjoy a bite to eat in the shade, or loungers to soak up the sun. Splash around in the crystal clear pool, then sink into the bubbling spa as the sun goes down. Pool/spa heating available at an additional cost – please inquire.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)
The home is located within Pinewood Country Estates, a small neighborhood off Ronald Reagan Parkway, within quick access to I4 linking you to all of the major attractions. Disney is 18 mins drive and Universal 33 mins. There a Publix supermarket conveniently located 5 mins drive and nearby Championsgate Village has a variety of shops and restaurants.
