From the gated driveway you will step into this oasis of "Old World Charm" as this air conditioned home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms sits a top La Grande Princesse Hill with its large freshwater pool with diving board looking out to the East side of the island where you will see one of the best scenic views anywhere on the island. On a clear day you can see St Thomas, Buck Island, and the BVI's With almost one and half acres of meticulously groomed landscape you will have plenty of space for large events to spread out and enjoy. Inside you will find a large brightly colored living space. The living room and dinning room will comfortable host 10 plus people at the solid mahogany dinning room table or choose to relax on the couches looking out to the giant panoramic views of the Carribean ocean.
In each bedroom you will find a large AC unit along with a floor fan to keep you cool as you lay on the new mattresses and high count threaded sheets. The master bedroom has a smart TV, dresser, night stands, along with a newly renovated large attached master bathroom where there is a jetted tub and shower, double vanity sinks, and a barn style door that opens up to a large walk in closet. There's a private deck off one side of the master bedroom and on the other side is a private door allowing access to the back porch with the welcoming arms staircase to the pool and outdoor gazebo
Each of the guest bedrooms have AC units and fans as well as clothing dresser and night stands along with coat hangers in the closet.
The Kitchen has been updated with modern appliances such as Microwave, air fryer, toaster, dishwasher, and Blender. We have supplied plenty of spices, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods to make your vacation less stressful. There is plenty of utensils and dishware to accommodate your needs. We have stocked the cabinets with serving platters, mixing bowls, and nice pots and pans.
The home is equipped with wireless internet making the smart TVs easy to use if you're looking to relax indoors. If you're looking to venture out we have put together a book with our favorite places to visit along with some of the best things this island has to offer from Deep Sea fishing, In home massages, excellent dinning opportunities, as well as the best beaches and adventures.
