Experience tranquility and the Ultimate Caribbean vacation at this amazing 6,000 square foot ocean front villa with the best views found on St Croix! This beautiful island paradise is part of the U.S. so no passport is required to travel to this safe American destination. English is the spoken language and the U.S. dollar is the currency.
My goal is to make your visit stress free from the moment your plane lands! You will be greeted at the property by myself or Mr. Phillip, our property manager. We will show you around Sea View Play and make sure you are comfortable. Mr. Phillip is also a wealth of local knowledge, and what activities are going on St Croix during your stay.

The base rental price is for the first six guests each additional guest is $750/week.
Sea View Play is located on the quiet North Shore, and is centrally located between both Christiansted( 8 mi) and Frederiksted(7 mi). Guests will also find several incredible restaurants and bars to choose from that are all located with in a half mile of Sea View Play. I highly recommend trying AMA, The Landing, Off The Wall, Spratnet, Sylvies, and the Sunny Shore Upload truck for breakfast.
A rare feature of this spectacular property is one of St. Croix's unique natural tidal swimming pool (The Fountain Of Youth). This 45'x40' tide pool is replenished by the waves breaking just outside the pool. Relaxing or taking a moonlight swim is an experience like no other. The small tropical fish enjoying the pool with you only make the experience even more special. Children especially like to swim and snorkel in the safety of the pool.
St Croix offers some of the best diving in the world. The world famous Cane Bay Beach is located a 1/2 mile West of the villa. It is the only island in the Caribbean where you can dive a wall, a reef, a wreck, and a Pier all from the same island. Choose from over 30 amazing beaches to enjoy snorkeling, scuba diving, or just relaxing to the sound of the ocean. Sea View Play is equipped with snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, and many pool toys for you to use during your stay. Everything is located in the lower level of the villa.
The Villa is perfect for special events: Weddings, Anniversaries, Family Gatherings, Special Birthdays, Business Meetings, Corporate Retreats or Romantic Getaways. Situated at the edge of the Caribbean Sea, Sea View Play was built in the year 2000 as a private tropical retreat. Every room in this 6,000 square foot house faces the Caribbean Sea. Since the house faces North and has 180 degree views, you can see both Amazing Sunrises and Sunsets from the pool deck. We are on the "rainbow coast" and the rainbows are frequent and fantastic.
This magnificent estate has over 6,000 square feet of living space to unwind and relax. This amazing villa is situated on 1.3 acres of beautifully manicured ocean front grounds that have housed many special events (weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and holidays). This gated and very private villa was constructed using an innovative system called InSteel. This revolutionary construction using steel mesh covered polyurethane that is then heavily coated with high-compression concrete provides the ultimate in protection from the elements. The villa sleeps up to 12 guests when using the sofa sleeper located in bedroom #2. At night you are lulled to sleep with the wonderful sound of the wave crashing on the shore.
At either end of the main house is a Master Bedroom Suite, each with its own private bath. Three additional large bedrooms with ocean views, and two separate bathrooms are situated mid house. Each Master Suite has its own fully equipped kitchens. No need to over pack when your staying at Sea View Play. The main house also features a laundry room that is equipped with a washer and a dryer for your use and convenience.
****** The cottage is also available for bookings upon approved request from the owner, and will be occupied by the owner most weeks from January - April. *****
In addition to the Main House, there is a separate private cottage that can also be added when available for an additional $2,500. The cottage features a large air conditioned master bedroom, private bath (with both a tub and a shower), and an air conditioned living room. The large tiled deck that is equipped with a stainless steel grill and tables for dinning. There is also a fully equipped laundry room that has both a washer and a dryer for your use and convenience.
A fresh water pool and large deck are located just off the large 30'x 60' Great Room. The oceanfront deck has a pergola to protect you from the sun, a bar for you to relax, and an outdoor grill to make wonderful breakfasts, lunches, and romantic dinners under the stars. For those who enjoy cooking, the outdoor kitchen is complete with plenty of counter space, an outdoor drop-in barbecue, sink, and refrigerator.
The spacious Great Room is the pride of the Villa, with high vaulted ceilings in the old plantation tradition that cover the huge common space with vaulted ceilings, an indoor atrium filled with plantings, and of course, the most amazing views of the Caribbean. The bookcases are fully stocked with a variety of reading for your pleasure.
The two full kitchens and laundry room in the main house offer flexibility not normally encountered in a vacation rental. The oceanfront balcony that wraps around the seaside of the house is accessible from every room.
Sea View Play also enjoys a panoramic view of St. Thomas, St. John, and the British Virgin Islands. Just minutes away is Cane Bay, with its palm lined beach, world class diving at the Wall, and four wonderful casual beach side restaurants to choose from.
Not five hundred feet from the balcony, lies one of the Caribbean’s unique wonders: Cane Bay Wall, the famed destination of divers from all over the world. The result is that less than a quarter of a mile from shore, the sea plunges to a depth of more than three thousand feet. The Wall offers novice and professional scuba divers and snorkelers one of the world’s most thrilling experiences of natural beauty.
There are four outdoor security cameras monitoring the front gate, pool deck, and front door. The cameras are for your safety and any tampering with the security system will result in eviction.

This property is one of a kind! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea View Play. The bedroom layout was great for our group and common areas were large to accommodate multiple hang out spots for kids and adults. It was very convenient to have two kitchens for meal prep by the two families.Our host Rob was great and always available for questions or recommendations for activities or dinner. Don’t pass this property up and book in advance as it is one of the most popular spots on the island.

Loved our stay here. The house is beautiful - perfect for a family or friends. We watched sunrises and sunsets from the balcony The tide pool out front is warm and fun for kids or adults. Every bedroom is unique, and comes with a view. It’s well equipped for cooking in, but also walking-distance to good restaurants. Short drive to all the island attractions.

This was our third stay at this property. It’s so clean and has all of the amenities anyone could want. The sounds of waves can be heard from every bedroom. It’s perfect for four couples. It has two full kitchens with ice makers in both fridges. All of the beds are comfy, and the bathrooms have lots of hot water and great water pressure. The Wi-Fi works well here also. Several restaurants nearby. Very safe area with gated property. Would definitely stay here again. The house is amazing and the owner is very accommodating! You won’t be disappointed by staying here.

Great Location and property as listed. We had issues with electronic gates locking us out and in (twice during the week) as we were not made aware of ability to manual open (only remote gate openers).WiFi was excellent. All rooms had ocean view and doors to outside. Pool was well maintained. Deck was spacious and accomdating.Owner/manager on property more than what we have been used to with a VRBO stay which may not be an issue for others.
