A private owner is offering a studio apartment in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, in one of the 25 hamlets that make up the small Provençal town of Le Plan de la Tour, suitable for 2 adults and 3 children. Come recharge in a peaceful, lush setting, right next to hiking trails, yet just a few minutes’ drive from Sainte-Maxime and its beaches.
Accommodation
The studio features a 140-size bed, 90-size bunk beds, and a 90-size mattress on a mezzanine (low ceiling) accessible via a ladder. The windows are equipped with screens and overlook the pool area, which is not visible from neighboring properties. A large terrace with an awning, table, and chairs allows you to enjoy nature and the surrounding countryside.
A parking space will also be provided.
The studio is equipped with the following amenities:
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, and a table for dining indoors.
- Separate toilet.
- Bathroom with shower, sinks, washing machine, ironing board, iron, etc.
- Reversible air conditioning.

A second studio apartment for larger families or couples of friends is available for booking in the same building complex, just a few meters from the first one. This second air-conditioned studio features a sofa bed and a second 140-bed.
The pool area is freely accessible and shared with any guests staying in the second studio. The owner, who lives on-site, resides in the same complex and will be available if needed or to enhance your stay. During your stay, he will give priority access to the pool to the studio occupants.
The hamlet where the rental properties are located is inhabited year-round and is intended for quiet residents. Parties are not permitted out of respect for the neighbors.
