Good place to stay for a trip to the Côte d’Azur, good neighbourhood, nice fenced off garden for the dogs. House and kitchen are a bit old fashioned, but everything works and is there. Good and very friendly communication with owner and housekeeper.

The house and neighborhood are excellent, but the best things about the property are the owner Christian, and the property manager, Jenna. Well situated house with everything you need to relax and enjoy. Quiet area with nice view, a 20 minutes walk from the nearest beach. Renting a car will be a good idea to explore beautifull region - and there is a lot to see. Very good contact with owner. Important to remember about extra payment for bed linen.

Villa was to a good clean standard in terms of decor, some lovely antique furniture and a record player!! Kitchen was small but suited our needs. Lovely views of Sainte Maxime, the garden was really nice and well kept and great outside area for a BBQ. The area is very quiet and there were no noisy dogs!! We were lucky with the weather and spent most days at the beach, you will need a car unless you are fit and like walking, as its a bit too far to walk in town or to the local Carrefour. There's a free carpark opposite the Carrefore market. If you have children the tree top adventure course is very nearby and very good value for money. We felt the property could do with some updating and we were informed that the owner is going to make improvements as it has lots of potential to be amazing, the children loved the upstairs "secret" room to play hide and seek. Some points to consider: Unfortunately there was no DVD this would have been nice in the evening also tumble dryer which we needed due to it raining one day wasn't working, but the lady was very apologetic about that and really helpful on other issues. The door handle inside the main bedroom is not working properly, I got trapped in the room but thankfully escaped out of French doors!!lol Very good communication with owner for the booking process.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage in einem Hang gelegen. Südländischer Baustil mit nettem Garten. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Nicht weit bis zum Strand. Supermärkte schnell mit dem PKW zu erreichen ca. 10 min. Vermieter Kommunikation sehr gut. Haushälterin vor Ort sehr nett. Also wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Après une longue journée de route, arrivés au sein de la propriété calmement. Merci à Mlle Jenna pour l'accueil malgré la journée chargée qu'elle avait eu. La propreté des lieux a été exemplaire. La villa, comme le jardin sont entretenus parfaitement. Un jardin sans vis à vis et entièrement clôturé où l'on peut évoluer en toute intimité. La proximité des commerces et de la plage et un gros plus. Merci encore pour cet agréable séjour.

Nous avons séjourné 1 mois avec mon mari et ma fille de 17 mois dans cette magnifique propriété. La maison est très calme, très bien située (proche de tous les commerces ainsi que de la mer) et offre une vue magnifique, le jardin est splendide et très agréable, vous pouvez vous y prélasser pendant des heures. Monsieur Brunie est un super hôte, qui nous a répondu très rapidement lors de notre demande de séjour. Nous avon été accueillis par Mme Jenna sur place qui est une personne adorable, et qui a été à notre écoute tout au long de notre séjour, nous la remercions infiniment pour tout. Je ne peux que recommander cette maison que nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à quitter tant nous avons aimé y séjourner. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dès que nous en aurons l’occasion. Nous cherchions une villa calme et fonctionnelle pour visiter la région en automne. C'était réussi ! La villa offre un extérieur très agréable qui donne d'ailleurs le sentiment de ne pas avoir de voisins grâce à la végétation. La voiture est garée à l'intérieur de la propriété, ce qui est très pratique. Bonus : possibilité de faire un barbecue ! L'intérieur est très propre et bien agencé. Par temps froid, la villa est chauffée rapidement. Le linge est compris. A 5 min en voiture, plusieurs commerces (grand carrefour, magasin bio, boulangerie, boucherie...). En résumé c'est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous retiendrons cette adresse pour un prochain séjour. Un merci à Jenna pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette maison simple mais tres bien équipée et tres propre. le jardin est agreable et bien fleuri. A notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par melle Jenna, tout était prêt et en arrivant. Merci à elle pour l entretien de cette maison et se plier en 4 pour trouver une solution suite à un problème technique. Le quartier est résidentiel, calme et à 30 min a pieds de la plage et des commerces.

Das Haus strahlt eine gemütliche und angenehme Atmosphäre aus und verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Die Terrasse zum Essen mit einem gut funktionierenden Grill und die Sitzecke im schönen Garten werten das Haus nochmals auf. Vom oberen Schlafzimmer aus gibt es einen Balkon mit tollem Weitblick über die bebauten Hügel, auf dem man auch sehr gemütlich sitzt. Das Haus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Wohngegend ohne jeden Verkehrslärm. Zum Stadtstrand von St. Maxime kann man in 20 Minuten auch zu Fuß gehen. Der Weg führt zwar immer an der Straße entlang, aber da es einen Gehsteig gibt, lässt es sich gut und zügig laufen. Auf dem Weg dahin nach etwa 15 Minuten kommt man an einem gut sortierten Spar-Markt vorbei, in dem man alles bekommt, einschließlich frischer Baguette. Lediglich die übliche Grundausstattung in Ferienhäusern (Spülmittel, Mülltüten, Filtertüten, Salz und Gewürze) gab es nicht, auch nicht die üblichen Info-Mappen und Prospekte zum Haus und der Umgebung, aber das haben wir uns besorgt und das war nicht so wesentlich, dass es dafür einen Stern Abzug geben müsste. Für uns (Familie mit 6 Personen) hat alles gepasst und wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de M.Brunie. Certes elle est un peu vieillotte mais d'une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipée et l’accueil de Melle Bounoua extrêmement chaleureux ; alors peu importe les quelques petits défauts ....Qui n'en a pas !. Nous y retournerons surement ne serait ce que pour avoir le plaisir de renouveler cette rencontre. La maison est très bien située à Ste Maxime et proche de tous les commerces. Le quartier est très calme
