About this apartment rental
A private owner offers a studio apartment in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, in one of the 25 hamlets that make up the small Provençal town of Le Plan de la Tour, accommodating up to 4 adults. Come recharge in a peaceful, lush setting, right next to hiking trails, yet just a few minutes’ drive from Sainte-Maxime and its beaches.
Accommodation
The studio features a sofa bed (140) and an additional 140 bed on a mezzanine accessible via an indoor staircase. A large outdoor terrace with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy nature and the surrounding countryside.
A parking space will also be provided.
The studio is equipped with the following amenities:
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, and a small table for dining indoors.
- Separate toilet.
- Bathroom with shower, sinks, etc.
- Reversible air conditioning.
- 1 television with standard channels.
- Wi-Fi access.
A second studio for larger families or couples of friends is available for booking in the same building complex, just a few meters from the first one. This second air-conditioned studio features a 140-size bed and a 90-size bed on a mezzanine (low ceiling) accessible via a ladder.
The pool area is freely accessible and shared with any guests staying in the second studio. The owner, who lives on-site, is part of the same residential complex and will be available if needed or to help make your stay more enjoyable. During your rental period, he will give priority access to the pool to the studio occupants.
The hamlet where the rental properties are located is inhabited year-round and intended for quiet residents. Parties are not permitted out of respect for the neighbors.
