We wanted to visit Mesilla and this was close by it’s in a quiet neighborhood. It wasn’t much of a yard I suppose because it accepts pets but we didn’t need a yard. We watched a little TV and went to bed. Great beds. Good showers.

Overall the property needed a deep cleaning and a handyman maintenance in the facility. Specific items that needed cleaning; oven (refused to use), primary shower had mildew buildup (tried to remove the mildew but was only able to remove a little over half), dust buildup in many areas. Looked forward to an outdoor coffee or breakfast but the grounds needed a major cleanup from prior season vegetation and dog litter. The master bed was excellent but the leather sofa/loveseat in the den were stained, dirty and very uncomforable and had to add pillows to seats and cover with blankets. Both need to be replaced. The washing machine smelled like rotten eggs due to bacteria buildup. Used Affresh a few times but wasn’t able to remove all the buildup. The kitchen chairs numbered six but only two were steady enough to use and lots of broken tiles in the kitchen. The property has a lot of potential, but needs TLC.
