Designed to sleep up to eight guests comfortably, this top-floor condo has three private bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a charming faux fireplace, and a dressing table. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom a full on full bunk with a trundle.
Each bedroom features high-end furniture, designer accents, locally-inspired artwork, and plenty of outlets to keep your devices charged. All bedrooms have a smart TV and spacious closets and dressers to unpack and make yourself at home.

Both full bathrooms are well-lit and spacious, stocked with hotel-quality towels and bathroom essentials. Start your day with a quick shower before heading out to the theme park, or end the day with a warm soak in the tub, your favorite book, and a glass of wine.

Start each day by making breakfast for the family in the fully-equipped kitchen. Brew coffee in the coffee maker each morning and enjoy it out on the patio. The living room has a luxurious sofa and armchair and a large flat-screen TV, making it a comfortable place for a movie night. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room out to the patio and fill the living room with natural light.

Step through the sliding glass doors to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Step out onto the private patio and enjoy coffee, cocktails, or a good book. If you’re staying with us at the right time of year, you are welcome to use the seasonal community pool open between May and September, which is framed with lush greenery characteristic of Branson, MO subject to safe conditions. As guests here, your whole group will have full access to the entire apartment. Living on the top floor means less noise and unobstructed views, and you can use all of the rooms and amenities in the condo. A pack n’ play and high chairs are available for those traveling with infants! When you’re not out exploring Branson, hang out at the seasonal pool during the spring and summer seasons
You’ll be given a key code to access the front door and there is plenty of free parking on site. If you’re traveling with a larger group, book the neighboring apartment too so everyone can stay together but have their own space.
This condo is in a great location just a few minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, and famous Branson landmarks. You’ll also find a shared outdoor pool in the community complex, open between May and Sept subject to safe conditions!

No Pets are allowed and service animals should be disclosed during booking. Security camera on exterior stairs landing.
Absolutely No smoking - extra fees will be charged. Absolutely No parties.
Follow building noise curfew, pool, and trash rules.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: for outdoor decks, area around the property and inside the property etc. herein referred to as Feature. It is the Guest's responsibility to learn about safety precautions concerning utilizing or being around Features. Guest understands that the area surrounding Feature is not fenced or secure, and there are risks that may be involved for anyone, in particular children who are not carefully supervised, person(s) intoxicated, on any kinds of drugs or medication, with health risks or if pregnant. Booking guests agrees to explain the risks of the presence and use of Feature to all guests at the property. Guest agrees to instruct all guests on premises to not access any off-limit, or unsafe sections of the property. Guest agrees to assume all responsibility to make all occupants aware of these risks and for the consequences of those risks and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against the property owner or manager for injuries or claims.
HOLD HARMLESS: The Guest and all occupants shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the manager and property owner against any and all claims of personal injury, property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests also expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests, and that Guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
We are quite chill and thrive to provide the best experience but we have to do this because of some extremely bad experiences and damages caused by guests to meet booking platform guidelines to disclose clearly.

This location was a great deal, for a beautiful piece of property. It was clean, spacious and adorably decorated. The owners were easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and have already recommended this location to others.
