Located on the fifth hole of The Legacy Resort at Frenchman Hills, this home offers the ultimate golfing, hunting, and fishing retreat. Enjoy a prime location in a beautiful gated community - Potholes State Park is just across the road. Relax on the covered patio and admire the pretty golf course views, or cook out on the grill and dine alfresco in the shade.

Inside, a welcoming living area features a smart TV (streaming available using your own account). The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a large pantry provides plenty of room for vacation treats. Added perks include complimentary WiFi and a private stackable washer/dryer.

A local restaurant, store, and pro shop are all nearby. Your home is also close to the boat launches at Mardon Resort (1.6 miles). Blythe Public Access is also just down the road (0.8 miles) and offers a boat launch and parking lot. For a fun outing, head to Moses Lake (19 miles). To pick up more supplies, visit Royal City (17.3 miles)

This property is in a cul-de-sac so it's very quiet and no traffic. It is also across the street from potholes state park, our teenage boy and his friend could walk t fishing. The union 76 convenience store is walking distance and has everything you need as well as great selection of fishing tackle.
