The house with a fenced backyard was perfect for us and our two Golden Retrievers. The neighborhood was very quiet and each morning we enjoyed our two-block walk to the neighborhood Starbucks. Room for improvement: the kitchen needed a tea kettle and the deck needed sweeping. The location was ideal.
