The villa Mirasol in Benissa has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. A simple and quiet villa perfect for families who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the pool.
Layout of the villa:
With 94 m² of living space, the house is accessed via a small flight of steps from the private car park. The layout is all on one level and comprises an entrance hall leading to a nice and bright living/dining room, a nice glazed terrace for dining or breakfast with nice open views. A kitchen of gas. A bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning.
Outside the villa:
The villa Mirasol has pleasant outdoor areas with terraces, and swimming pool with masonry stairs and a metal railing that gives a lot of accessibility to the pool to access inside. The pool area is accessed by a flight of external stairs from the main floor, and has an outdoor shower, sunbeds for sunbathing and a nice covered barbecue area with a table for dining and eating by the pool.
It is located 3 km from the supermarket "Supermercado Perles", 3 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach", 4 km from the rocky beach "Cala Advocat", 6 km from the sandy beach "playa de L 'Ampolla Moraira", 6 km from the town "Moraira". 1.8 km from the restaurant Canís and 90km from Alicante airport.

Lovely villa, great pool, very clean and well equipped. the outdoor kitchen area by the pool was great as all of the living accommodation is upstairs . Definitely need a car, shops within a short drive As well as a few different restaurants. Calpe not too far away for an evening walk with lots of restaurants and shopsThe host was helpful and friendly.
