Along with modern must-haves like a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer, this sunny space also comes stocked with an assortment of beach gear including chairs, towels, coolers, and sand toys for added convenience. Free WiFi is equipped for remote working, streaming, or web browsing.

There is free parking for one car.
Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location off the Main Street, close to everything Vineyard Haven has to offer. The apartment is very nicely furnished and was perfect for our weekend getaway.Please add more than one towel per guest and while there were extra blankets & pillows there were no extra covers for them.

Other than it is a bit hard to find the unit (it's above an office) and the parking is confusing (I never found the "marked" parking space but support asked the manager and they said I could park anywhere, likely because it is off season), a beautiful unit within very short walking distance to everything.There were some tiny ants walking about, but not unusual for this time of year; a little pest protection should clear it up.Everything was super clean. The bed was lovely. Shower, toiler, bidet -- all working just fine and very clean. Kitchen had everything I needed, although it was so easy to walk and grab a bite that I didn't cook much. Microwave worked find; TVs were good. (And barely used because it was lovely out.)Unit overlooks a field in which some organized sports were happening. Didn't bother me at all but could bother someone. Was only on Saturday during the day.Would definitely come again!

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Attention was paid to details such as lighting etc. Nice furnishings, in good condition, very clean. Bed comfortable, very quiet (but this was a weekend in March). Only minor oversights were that there were tiny bars of soap (bring your own soap, shampoo etc) and while there was a coffee maker, there was no sugar, powdered creamer, tea bags. For just a weekend, to use the kitchen you would have to either bring or go out and buy all these things. We borrowed from a friend, but did not use the kitchen much, although it did seem to be well equipped. Also, as other reviewers have stated, we found it very difficult to find in a cluster of commercial buildings. Better directions or signage would be helpful. But good location in that you can easily walk to Main Street for restaurants, shopping.
