Charming, warm, modern and fully equipped one bedroom flat in the heart of Boulogne, a few steps from the "Passages" shopping centre, numerous restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
Only 10 minutes by metro from the Eiffel Tower and 15 minutes by metro from the Champs Elysées (Franklin Roosevelt metro station), this flat is located in a commercial and dynamic area. It is ideal for a successful stay in Paris.
Flat of 27m2 on the 2nd floor without lift which includes:
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 living room with a sofa bed
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, coffee machine, toaster and kettle
- 1 dining area with a table for meals
My accommodation has an iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, central heating and a television.
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.
My flat is located in Boulogne-Billancourt in a residential area, close to the shopping centre "Les passages". There are many shops, businesses, restaurants...
It is located 8 minutes by bike from Rolland Garros
15 minutes by metro from the Eiffel Tower and 20 minutes directly from the Champs Elysées (Franklin Roosevelt metro)
