We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere surrounding this RV I the woods. It was located near our planned activities and only a few minutes from restaurants and shopping. One of only a few VRBOs in the vicinity. Amazed at the nearby pen of quail. And thanks for the eggsOnly negative: entry steps are hard to navigate for anyone with bad knees. A walker wouldn't fit at all.

So cute! The front yard is so inviting with plenty of seating (2 chairs by the RV, a table and 4 chairs, a bench in front of a fire pit). We didn't use the grill, but it looks to be a fantastic one. Fabulous natural light! Extremely clean, roomier than expected. Kerry has absolutely everything you could possibly need, and items you didn't know you needed! From deodorant to a lantern for going outside. There was a welcome basket full of s'mores ingredients (yummy), as well as quail eggs (new food to try!). We had no idea how to cook them, so I sent a message to Kerry to find out what to do with them (cooking wise). She gave me several ideas on what you can do with them, how to open them, and how to keep them fresh). Kerry is fantastic. She responds to messages super fast and is very thorough with answers to any questions we had. When I couldn't figure out the heat, she answered my question with a step by step, easy to understand instructions with how to work the system. They have an entire booklet filled with things to do and places to visit while in the area. This came in handy when planning our days. There are very clear instructions on how to handle any situation in the RV. All the passwords and logins are clearly marked. There are outlet covers on all outlets (great if you're bringing kids). The peace and quiet was amazing. It's far enough into the country that there is no light pollution and the stars are amazing. I would 100% stay here again.

This property was set back into the middle of a property surrounded by trees and wildlife. It couldn’t have been a more relaxing space. The nice thing is it was a great location to visit both Bertram and Burnet. We even went into Georgetown for a quick visit.

The RV is nestled back in the woods, extremely quiet. The host has went above and beyond when it came to all the amenities and extra things they have inside in case you forgot something. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and hopefully will stay here again during softball tournaments.

Very clean, extra touches like an assortment of drinks in fridge, etc, a thank you gift for staying, nice accessories, clean fresh bedding, etc. Loved seeing wildflowers while there. Well laid out directions for how to find the rv, as well as instructions for use of indoor things.

Easy to book. Great communication. Super easy check-in. We loved that the place was close to our festival in Burnet. That everything was incredibly clean. And that so much was available for us to use and enjoy. It was a fun and comfortable stay. We'll be back next year. (Note to myself is to bring everything to make cocktails. And to bring my good camera, to photograph the stars! My only warning to others is that the bathroom is TINY!) 😆

This VRBO is the perfect place to stay in the hill country. The camper is in perfect condition and the host makes sure there’s EVERYTHING you could ever need to make your stay comfortable. The host went above and beyond! There was a minor issue with the burners (it was fixed promptly and worked perfectly), but the host was so incredibly kind that we were invited into their lovely home for a home cooked meal. This isn’t to be expected for every stay, but it just shows that you are seriously cared for incase anything happens. Overall, you will not regret your stay here. The land is beautiful, the hosts are kind and attentive, and the camper is very homey. We will be coming back!

This RV was everything we were looking for on our NYE. Our dogs get nervous with fireworks so we wanted to get away in a peaceful environment to ring in the new year. Boy did we hit the jackpot in finding this place! The RV is super cozy and comfy with enough room for the two of us and two midsized dogs. It's secluded enough to feel away from it all, but still very close to restaurants. Plus the stars at night are amazing! The host was very communicative and even decorated the RV for NYE. You can tell a lot of thought went into setting up this RV and included everything we needed, plus some amazing extras. We will definitely be back!
