About this house rental
We offer this charming 200 m² house with private pool for rent in Montlaur, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It comprises an attractive 55 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
Les Roses d'Angelina adjoins the Route 999 gîte. The two houses can be rented together, ideal for groups or families wishing to spend time together while enjoying their own private space.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- A 55 m² living room, with sofa bed, TV, fireplace...
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: 20 m² with 2-person bed (160X200) with closet and storage space
- Bedroom 2: 14 m², with 2 single beds (90X190) and storage chest of drawers
- Bedroom 3: 20 m² with 2-person bed (160X200) with closet and storage space
- Bedroom 4: room with 2 single beds (90X190) with storage chest of drawers
- Two bathrooms with shower, double basins, storage space, washing machine, tumble dryer and walk-in shower
- Separate WC
- A 60 m² veranda with table and sofas, also equipped with a wood-burning stove
Exterior:
- Unheated 11mx7m diamond-shaped swimming pool, 2.75m deep, open from April to October
- A 1200 m² garden with trees and flowers and panoramic views, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- Terrace with 35 m² covered stone barbecue area with 2 mobile heaters
- 250 m² private courtyard
- Ping-pong table
The house is ideally located in Montlaur, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Hiking in the Rougier
- Equestrian and motocross activities
- Visit and taste the king of cheeses, Roquefort.
-Larzac producers' markets.
- Visit to the menhir statues.
- Visit to Chateau de Montaigut.
- Musical evening at Sylvanès Abbey.
Transportation:
- Free parking in private spaces reserved in front of the gite.
- Nearest train station: Rodez SNCF train station 84 km away (approx. 1 hour 26 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport 145 km away (approx. 1 hour 42 minutes by car).
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- All children bathing is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates non-contractual.
- The fireplace is functional (wood supplied)
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

Les Roses d’Angelina "What a wonderful week we just had at Sebastions Villa. The photos honestly do not do it justice, there was 7 of us in our group and I couldn't get over how beautiful it was when we arrived. It is clean, well looked after and has everything you need.
Our host Sebastian and his wife came to meet us on arrival and were kind enough to leave some cheese and wine in the fridge for us, Sebastian also comes every morning to clean the pool at 5am to make sure not to bother you. He was so very kind to try to give us lots of advice on the area around and things we could do.
The house is situated in Montlaur and is very private, it has a private driveway you drive up to get around to the back of the house and the pool is gated off with a key (which was amazing for us as I had two small children to worry about)
The only thing worth mentioning is there isn't any aircon but there is a huge fan in every bedroom for those hotter days.
Overall we absolutely loved our stay and were sad to leave!"
