Booked at the last minute due to an issue with another property. This property does not have a microwave or dishwasher. It is basically furnished. The biggest issue was is was not cleaned very well. The front room and dining room were fine. The bathroom was not very clean. There was hair on the shower wall. The small rug was dirty and had some nail clippings stuck in it. The floors did not feel very clean. The kitchen was rudimentary with rusty dishwashing grates in the sink and the drawers seemed like they needed to be cleaned. The neighborhood was quiet. It was very hot when we visited and the 3 window air conditioners did cool the place down, but I felt they struggled to really make the rooms comfortable. I did ask if we could come in an hour early. The manager said we could for a $40 fee per hour. I declined. I understand if they needed the time to get the place clean on a short turnaround and a short booking. But the place was not clean and we came after 5:00. This is the lowest review I have ever given a property. I would not stay here again.
