About this house rental
Bring the whole family, a group of friends, or corporate staff to this great place with lots of room for fun. The location for this property is convenient to the airport, shopping, restaurants, downtown Greensboro and so much more.
This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms
When you enter the home from the front, there is a powder room bathroom immediately in the hallway and staircase ahead.
On the main floor, there is a large living room, formal dining room, and eat-in kitchen with all the necessary tools to cook and serve guests. There are coffee pots (single K-cup & drip coffee makers). There is also a master bedroom with 2 queen beds.
On the lower level, you'll find one of the bedrooms (1 Queen Bed), a movie room, a billiards room, a full bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, and a gym/fitness room with a dry sauna (converted garage)
Upstairs (3rd floor), there are two additional bedrooms each with 2 queen beds and a shared hallway bathroom.
There is a large backyard to enjoy as well.

The property was as described, there was plenty of room for everyone, however a television in each bedroom would be more convenient for the guests.

The accommodations were adequate (kitchen, bed, bathroom, etc). The house needs a lot of TLC for the price we paid. We did like the close proximity to the Greensboro Aquatic Center. The owners were easy to reach prior to check-in but then went radio silent after that. We asked for a slightly later checkout and go no response.
