ALL EVENTS MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL from owner INSURANCE REQUIRED. Small scale events 40 guests or under may be permitted. No outside music after 11pm. Follow Guilford county noise ordinance rules.
Parking on premises for 15-20 vehicles. Depending on size of cars/trucks.
Event fee of 500.00 for gatherings, social functions and any type of celebrations booked after May 1,2025. Event Insurance must be in place no later than 48 Hours prior to check in date.

Our stay at Whisper Chalet was great! Lady Jackie was more than accommodating. We also had a graduation dinner at the property and without asking she provided tablecloths in the the school's colors as well as home decor with the school's theme. Lady Jackie went above and beyond my expectations to ensure our group had a wonderful stay. She cares for her property and literally walks you through the check-in to make sure you're knowledgeable and comfortable with the property. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax.The only critique I may have is concerning the insurance purchase. I would've preferred to receive that info a week or two prior to our stay, only because I was extremely busy leading up to the trip. Other than that no complaints! My family and I had an awesome time!
