Beautiful, comfortable apartment block "La Pinada", renovated in 2022. 2.7 km from the centre of Moraira, in a sunny position, 2.7 km from the sea, 2.7 km from the beach. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (not fenced), 2 swimming pools (depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. (4 steps). Public parking on the road. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "Moraira" 2.5 km, railway station "Teulada" 5.3 km, ferry "Denia" 28.2 km, sandy beach "Playa de la Ampolla" 2.7 km.
