Casa MASIA 4 is a semi-detached house, which is located in a prestigious area of Miami Playa - Pino Alto, 8 minutes walk from Playa Cristal and restaurants.
Ground floor: spacious living / dining room, with access to a terrace and a stone barbecue, fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 complete bathroom with shower.
First floor: master bedroom with access to the terrace and a room with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bathtub.
The house has a private, comfortable and quiet garden, with direct access to a large common area with a garden and a large rectangular pool.
COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, entrances, transit areas, parking areas,...) will be subject to Community regulations and the limitations established by the authorities. Arenda is not responsible for such limitations.
You can rent a cot, high chair, barriers for the bed and stairs, stroller. The price consult with agency.
