Casa Mila is a wonderful house located a few meters from the beach Playa Cristal, it has a truly exceptional location with wonderful views of the sea. The community is quiet and familiar with a large garden area and swimming pool.
On the ground floor there are a separate kitchen, laundry room, toilet, living room and access to a private porch from which we access the community garden and pool. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with ceiling fans and two full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a private terrace with beautiful sea views and a private bathroom. Parking is inside and is included in the price.
The area where Casa Mila is located is the center of the beach Playa Cristal, going down some external stairs 85 meters away you´ll be in the center of the promenade in one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada. If you do not want to go down the stairs the access option to beaches is in 125 meters. Due to its proximity to the sea, Casa Mila has a pleasant sea breeze, and there are ceiling fans in the rooms. The house has internet. Supermarkets, restaurants and beach bars are nearby without having to take the car.
COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, entrances, transit areas, parking areas,...) will be subject to Community regulations and the limitations established by the authorities. Arenda is not responsible for such limitations. It is mandatory to respect the regulations.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival.
