About this house rental
Beautiful single family home located in the gated community of Paradise Village. You'll feel right at home in this comfortably furnished open floor plan house. Located on a canal with a dock, you have water access to the gulf. Bonita Beaches are just 2 1/2 miles away and the lanai and pool outside your back door provide instant entertainment at home. Head east one mile to downtown Bonita Springs and its restaurants, concerts, fairs and the wildlife at Wonder Gardens. Go west one mile for groceries and more shopping and dining experiences. Note: All renters must be approved by the Homeowners Association (HOA). No reservation should be considered complete until HOA approval is secured.

This house was the best possible option for our stay. My wife and I had the space to accommodate both our daughters families. We loved having the pool and so did the kids. Nicely maintained quiet community. Having a garage was nice too.
